Hi, I'm Michelle James, the Office Manager. Michigan has been my home for most of my life. I'm married to my loving husband Justin and blessed with two wonderful boys and two furry companions. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family, whether it's camping or enjoying a good book. With over 20 years in the dental field, I find fulfillment in assisting patients in meeting their dental needs. My expertise in insurance and financing allows me to support patients effectively. Currently, I'm pursuing certification as a Dental Business Professional through the MDA, furthering my commitment to excellence in dental management.

It's been a privilege seeing patients at this practice for 32 years and working alongside Dr. Mike since he took over the practice in 2020. Building strong relationships with our patients brings me immense joy, and I take great pride in delivering gentle and comprehensive dental care. Outside of work, I've been happily married to my husband, Jeff, for 30 years, and together we're blessed with three amazing boys. I adore traveling, boating, and cherishing moments with my loved ones.

Married with four wonderful children and another on the way and a cherished dog, I find fulfillment in spending my spare time playing with my kids and taking leisurely walks with our furry companion. Being outdoors and staying active are passions of mine. I earned my degree from Ferris State University in 2009 and have been practicing dental hygiene for over 15 years. I take great pleasure in getting to know my patients and educating them on the importance of oral hygiene.
